Q1: When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 days for standard shipping. Please visit our Shipping Information page for more details. Once your order has started its journey to you, we will send you an email with tracking information.
Please note that COVID-19 may impact delivery time, with some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details.

Q2: What should I do if there's something wrong with my order?

Please contact us ASAP. Email us with your order number, information regarding the problem and provide pictures if there is any damage: service@philisncarwash.com.

Q3: How can I track my order?

As soon as each package is arranged for delivery, we'll send you e-mail to let you know it's on the way. Meanwhile, you'll receive a tracking number for either UPS or the US Postal Service logistics, depending on which carrier was used to send it. You can use this number to track your package online at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com. Please note that UPS allows you to track your shipment en route while the US Postal Service will only confirm the delivery date and location.
